Privacy Policy

Effective 25 July 2026 · Last updated 25 July 2026

This policy explains what C Studio collects from visitors to cstudio.media, why, and who we share it with. It covers this website only. Information we handle inside a client engagement is governed by that client's separate agreement with us.

Who we are

C Studio is the trading name of Colegrove Enterprises LLC, a Maryland limited liability company working with home service businesses across the US. References to "we", "us" and "C Studio" in this policy mean Colegrove Enterprises LLC. For anything in this policy, contact us at info@cstudio.media.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, work email address, business name, trade, the services you're interested in, your indicated monthly budget, your timeline, and anything you write in the notes field.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics receive standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. Our web fonts are served by Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

Who we share it with

Service providers. Companies that process information on our behalf and under our instruction, including our form provider (Formspree), our hosting provider (Vercel), and our email provider. They may only use it to provide that service to us.

Advertising partners. We use advertising platforms, including Google and Meta, to show ads to people who have visited cstudio.media. This can involve those platforms receiving identifiers such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, or a hashed version of your email address.

Analytics providers. We use analytics to understand site usage, which involves those providers receiving the technical data described above.

We do not sell your information for money, and we do not pass your enquiry to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California law treats disclosing personal information to advertising platforms for targeted advertising as "sharing," even when no money changes hands. Because we run retargeting, we share personal information in that sense.

To opt out, email info@cstudio.media with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We'll action it within 15 business days and won't ask you to create an account. You can also limit this at the browser level using Global Privacy Control, which we honour where it's sent.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of them, email info@cstudio.media. We'll verify your request by replying to the email address we hold, and respond within 45 days. If we need longer we'll tell you why.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 24 months. If we start working together, we keep your information for the life of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards to meet tax and business record requirements.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to enquiry data to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
